What is Kovata?
Kovata turns your standard operating procedures and know-how into structured, trackable training courses. Build from video, PDFs, images and YouTube links, assign courses to your team, and verify completion — with a marketplace to buy and sell ready-made training.
How does attention verification work?
An optional on-device face check uses the front camera to confirm a learner is watching during video lessons; playback pauses if they look away. It is an attention check, not identity verification. Camera frames are processed entirely on-device and are never stored or transmitted.
What content can I build training from?
You can build courses from video, PDFs, images, and YouTube links, write versioned SOPs, and add quizzes with pass/fail tracking.
How do I assign trainings to my team?
Assign trainings to individual employees or whole departments with due dates and overdue reminders, then track progress from the manager dashboards.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Kovata offers Free, Pro, Growth, and Enterprise plans. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are managed in your store account settings, where you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
How do I request account or data deletion?
